Steven Serdar is a licensed CPA with over 27 years of experience in accounting and business.   He has over 13 years’ experience in public accounting and over 14 years’ experience as a controller in the construction industry.   As audit manager Steven supervised and managed audits, reviews and compilations of private and public companies in many different industries.    With his extensive experience in generating, preparing and analyzing financial statements along with his extensive experience in running a business he has been able to effectively analyze, understand, and consult his clients on how to improve their operations, needs, and accounting processes.   He has overseen the growth of companies of over 500%.  He has supervised trained and motivated accounting staff internally as well as for his clients.  Steven has effectively managed cash flow as well as negotiated contracts and pricing agreements with customers and vendors.   He has been instrumental in setting up cost control programs for his employers and clients.  He has managed all aspects of accounting, payroll and human resources.

Jessica Seeley has over 10 years of accounting experience.  She has experience in payroll and payroll taxes, extensive experience in bank reconciliations, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.

Jessica has compiled, reviewed, and finalized financial statements and ensured that GAAP regulations are followed for corporations and LLCs.  Her experience also includes a variety of income tax preparation for both individuals and businesses.
