He has his Series 7 and 26 securities licenses as well as his life and health insurance license.

Clark has been chairman for both the Federal Key Person Committee and the Political Action Committee and has a proven track record of success dealing with governmental entities including school districts, counties, and towns.
Candy
Caballero has been with the firm since February 2006. An expert in individual and business tax preparation, she brings more than 17 years of accounting and financial leadership experience in a broad range of industries, giving her an in-depth understanding of her clients' operations and tax needs.
Candy graduated Summa Cum Laude in accounting in 1990, with a minor in Computer Information Systems, and passed the CPA exam on the first sitting in 1991. She has since held financial management positions with retail, not-for-profit, and manufacturing companies, including a number of years as Controller of a publicly held international organization. She has hired and led successful accounting teams.
Using her knowledge of computer systems and database design, Candy has helped clients and employers streamline operations, set up accounting systems, and complete successful software conversions. She has managed all aspects of accounting, payroll, human resources, and IT functions.
Annette Newbold has over 15 years of accounting experience. She has experience in all facets of payroll and payroll taxes, extensive experience in bank reconciliations both in office and remotely done over the Internet, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
Annette has finalized, compiled, and reviewed financial statements and ensured that GAAP regulations are followed for corporations and LLCs. Her experience also includes a variety of income tax preparation for both individuals and businesses.
Wilkinson Cooley successfully helped businesses increase in value over 500% in a five to nine year period by working with owners and managers to create and implement business and development strategies.
Wilkinson Cooley has successfully negotiated elimination of tax liabilities of $5,000 to $100,000.
